Privacy notice
This is a working draft pending review by UNO's legal advisor.
Who we are
We are UNO Home Building Contracting LLC, a construction and villa renovation company based in Dubai. Our office is at Al Khaimah 2 Building, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you have a question about privacy, write to us at info@unobuildingcontracting.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, your community, the type of project you have in mind, your timeline and your message. That is all. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or anything sensitive through the website.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to quote your project. That means calling or emailing you back, arranging a site visit, and preparing a scope and price. If you become a client, the same details help us run the project and stay in touch with you.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the UNO Home team. It is stored in our own customer management system, which only our team can access. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share details with suppliers, consultants or authorities only where that is needed to deliver your project, and only what is needed.
Security details we record
When you send the form, we also record the IP address and browser user agent it came from, along with the page you sent it from. We do this to keep the form free of spam and abuse, nothing more.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not turn into a project, we keep it for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of that, email info@unobuildingcontracting.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic, privacy friendly analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. Please check back if privacy matters to you, or email us and we will explain the current position.
