01 · Service
Villa Extensions & Structural Work
Adding space without moving home. Ground and first-floor extensions, new rooms, majlis, garages, roof terraces and full second-storey additions, tied into the existing villa so the finished house reads as one. We deliver extensions either as a team member alongside a client or partner, or lead the whole project end to end as project-management lead. Both are equally what we do.
Structural design and engineering sit inside the same scope, along with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA and master-developer NOCs, handled directly by UNO Home so the programme stays on schedule.

Behind those finishes sit the systems that make a home comfortable and quiet. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low-current, lighting design and home automation, properly engineered from day one.
