    Scope, price and programme

    The scope of works, the price and the programme for any project are set only in a signed contract between you and UNO Home. Figures, timelines or indicative ranges mentioned on this site, in an email or in a conversation are not binding until they appear in that contract.

    Images and content

    The photographs on this site are of UNO Home projects. They show work we have delivered and are not a promise that your project will match a particular finish, material or layout. The text, images and design on the site belong to us, so please do not reuse them without our written permission.

    Warranties

    Any warranty we give is as stated in the individual project contract. Warranty periods, what is covered and what is excluded are defined there, not on this website.

    Authority approvals

    We prepare and submit approvals to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA and master developers, and we manage the process for you. The time each authority takes to review and issue a permit is set by that authority and is outside our control, so approval dates are estimates rather than commitments.

    Links and third parties

    The site links to third party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social profiles. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those services.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If anything here is unclear, email info@unobuildingcontracting.com and we will explain it.
